It is really important that you use this form to address as many changes, at one time, you can think of.  Spend a good amount of time being as clear as you can in your requests.  Please reference the page of the website that you want to be changed if the project involves a website build.  If you need to upload an image or give us a sample link, this is the place to do this. We encourage you to use this form only three times during the creation of a website or during a short-term project that is no longer than two months. This change request form will also be accepted once within two weeks after the last payment is made if needed.  The changes requested after the last payment will need to be moderate in scope.
